Three Delta Tau Delta fraternity leaders face hazing charges under Arizonas Jacks Law. Martinezs blood-alcohol level was five times the legal driving limit. Witnesses monitored him throughout the night, but he couldnt be revived. The fraternity chapter was suspended, and the national organization closed it permanently. The Coconino County Attorneys Office is reviewing the case for formal charges.
