Six U.S. Air Force crew members lost their lives in a KC-135 refueling plane crash in western Iraq, during Operation Epic Fury. The second plane involved landed safely in Israel. The airmen, from Florida, Ohio, and Alabama, were remembered as dedicated neighbors.
