On this episode, Glen and Yong talk about the importance of good communication with your designer. Unfortunately, people are still not communicating with Yong when purchasing custom designs even though he provides clear instructions. This is causing unnecessary revisions and causing more work for Yong and his designer.
This is something that has been discussed on the show before. Always give a full and detailed description of what you want regardless of who you hire. The better you communicate the better relationship you will develop with your designer.
