A former collegiate thrower turned champion weightlifter, Mary recently clinched gold at the 2023 IWF Grand Prix II and secured first place at the Pan Am Championships in both 2021 and 2023, holding a personal best total of 283 kilos (120 snatch, 163 clean and jerk). Tune in as Mary shares her inspiring journey and gears up to represent the USA at the 2024 Olympics.
