Finding great activities beyond the TV is so important for people living with Brain Change.
Is the activity Productive, Familiar and Enjoyable. Then we need to find ways to include Health and Hygiene in addition to Rest so they can Recharge their Batteries.
Lot's of moving parts but it is possible to develop great lists of appropriate activities especially when we understand where they are on the journey.
