Chesterton used his pen, (“words are deeds”) to defend common sense, the common man and the family. He foresaw the devastating effects of the evil trends in our modern society, namely atheism and agnosticism, materialism, and feminism. Not only was he a prolific writer, but he was also an apologist and essayist, a poet, philosopher, historian, critic and public speaker. Our guest, Margaret, takes us on a chronological journey of his life and discusses his zeal, and why Chesterton’s conversion was the most talked about conversion of his day.
