Text: Galatians 4:4-7

• The Gospel: God wants you to be part of His family:

  1. The Father initiated bringing you into the family; (v. 4)
  2. The Son gave his life to enable you to join the family; (v. 5)
  3. The Spirit is the internal evidence that you are indeed family. (v. 6)

What it means to be in The Family:

  1. You are now adopted, chosen by God; (v. 5b)
  2. You are no longer an outsider; (v. 7a)
  3. You are now a privileged heir. (v. 7b)
