It used to be a meal at Busch could be a Cheeseburger in Paradise but now Cardinals fans are looking more for Boat Drinks. Daniel (@C70) and Allen (@amedlock1) talk about the week that was and wasn't for the Redbirds. The guys want to be optimistic about this winter but there's Fins all around that give them pause. Are the Cardinals really that committed to Tommy Edman? Why didn't they get interesting and claim Harrison Bader or Lucas Giolito? There's a Pencil Thin Mustache's difference between a smart play and doing what you've always done and hopefully this isn't a sign of things to come. Otherwise, the fanbase may erupt like a Volcano. It feels like the Pirate(s) Have Looked At Forty wins against St. Louis this year and last night was just another nail in the coffin of our favorite stat. And come Monday, there's not even a Cardinals game! You know what Allen thinks of that. Grab your flip-flops and take everything these two say with a shaker of salt, if you can find it.
