Whether it be through a simple act of holding a door for someone or something more difficult such as sacrificing time to help out others in need—love and kindness should pervade all areas of life. We can use both words and actions to spread love, but it's important that we provide these acts of kindness with a genuine heart, expecting nothing in return.
