Tonight’s sleep meditation is a visualization of a night of tranquility.

Take a deep breath in, and let it out slowly.

And bring your body to rest. 

PAUSE…

Let your breathing slow down, 

And your body deeply relax. 

PAUSE…

As your mind continues to move with thoughts, 

See if you can extract them from you, 

And let them go, 

Watching them float away into the night, 

With every exhale.
