Some patients don’t crash all at once, they decline while providers stay comfortable. When all you hope is that a simple syncopal episode is just that SIMPLE, and it turns out it never is. Late in summer of 2021 the NREMT came out and declared they were moving towards ending the practical skills examination by the middle of 2023.
