Rick explains how his company Rep-Lite will find the right person for the position, hire them then contract this individual out to your company. After an agreed upon time if the employee is a fit then they can be brought on as a direct employee with the company. This process creates a minor league, or developmental team and minimizes the costly mistake if the individual does not fit within the corporate culture.
