We'll branch out into some topics that veer from the textbook such as the Alpha 2 agonists that can mimic opiate toxicity and why toxicologists fear methadone ingestions. We'll also touch on some "tox" current events such as vaping associated pulmonary injury, imodium overdoses and why this is an increasing phenomenon, and finally a brief discussion of kratom chemistry and overdose findings.
