Mel and Jim Taylor have had the privilege of serving as Specialist Caregivers for Oranga Tamariki (OT) for over 23 years. During this time, they have cared for over 450 youth, primarily teenage boys, who have been placed with them, generally due to their high and complex needs. But last month, they resigned. We talk to Mel about their decision to resign.
