Despite the challenges, Cadmus has grown rapidly, reaching $60 million in sales this year. Kelly attributes this success to her team's commitment to integrity, relationships, and a "hero" culture that empowers employees. As a young mother who overcame bullying, Kelly's drive and resilience have been instrumental in building Cadmus into a leading global dental lab. Her advice to other aspiring entrepreneurs, especially women in male-dominated fields, is never to compromise your integrity, own your mistakes, and find your "why" to stay motivated.
