Justin Puckett, President of MB2 Dental, joined the company in 2013. Justin Puckett shares his journey from a corporate law career to joining the scrappy, fast-paced early days of MB2 Dental. He describes the company's rapid de novo growth, the challenges of building infrastructure and services without outside funding, and the decision to partner with private equity firm Sentinel Capital in 2017 to fuel further expansion. Throughout, Puckett highlights MB2's unique culture of doctor-owner collaboration and the vision of founder and CEO Dr. Chris Steven Villanueva ("Dr. V"), which attracted key early hires.
