Here's an inspiring story.
It's the story of Hawke's Bay employer Taurus Taurima who at the young age of 32 owns Topline Contracting.
He started the company himself after a difficult journey himself.
Taurima was raised by a solo mother in Flaxmere, and left school at 16 not long before his partner gave birth to the first of five kids now aged between 14 and a few months old.
He got his first full-time job in roading in 2010 and eventually started Topline in August 2016, aged 27.
He now employs about 50 staff and he has an unorthodox hiring policy - he doesn't want to see your CV - he hires on attitude.
