The 2022 Isle of Man TT was marred by the deaths of five competitors.
Kiwi John Hepburn has raced in the Isle Of Man and called in from Timaru.
His international career saw success in Australia, Ireland and at the Isle of Man, where he has the honour of six replicas from six starts.
John Hepburn raced the dangerous road circuits seven times, with his best finish 11th in the Formula One.
He told Simon Barnett and Janes Daniels the race has also cost him a couple of mates.
