Questions about the use of gambling for community fundraising...when there are other ways it could be done.
A special Lotto draw will be held on March 18 -- with half the ticket sales going towards the recovery from Cyclone Gabrielle.
Problem Gambling spokesperson Andree Froude says it's disappointing we have to give donations through a gambling operator.
She spoke with Simon Barnett and James Daniels.
An international fundraising appeal has also been launched.
