Professor Doug Sellman has been working in the addiction treatment field since 1985 and has been Director of the National Addiction Centre at Christchurch School of Medicine & Health Sciences since its inception in 1996.
He’s been promoting and researching the health benefits of fasting in recent years and joined Simon and Phil to discuss his own journey with fasting and weight loss, and why more people should be undertaking regular fasting.
