NZ Post is warning delays will continue because of Covid 19
People are reporting long waits for packages - as well as tracking issues.
Chief Marketing Officer Brian Dobson told Si and Phil delays on international parcels are happening all around the world.
"A lot of parcels have been caught up offshore. Some borders have closed and capacity in airlines has been significantly reduced."
Dobson says many different international companies deal with packages before they reach NZ Post.
