Show Notes

After a series of streakers interrupted the opening round of Super Rugby Pacific over the weekend, Matt Heath and Tyler Adams asked what the motivation is and whether there's a solution to it.

That prompted Aaron Bain to call, one of the infamous streakers who interrupted a Bledisloe Cup test in 2002 covered in Vodafone branding.

While he says he wasn't paid by the Australian telco for the stunt, he revealed there was a deal that if he made it to the field he would get paid $500, and if they got on TV they would get $1000, and all their fines would be paid for.

23 years later, he told Matt and Tyler that he had a a good time.

"I'll tell you that it was funny, everybody knew me, my grandparents were proud."

And his only regret?

"I regret that we lost the game."
