James Cleverly is back on the Conservative Party Frontbench.
Back in 2018 he'd just been made Deputy Chairman of the Tory Party.
He's on top form in this riotous hour.
He would go on to be, among other things, Home Secretary and Foreign Secretary, before standing for the leadership in 2024.
