This episode has been the most requested topic from both my listeners and patients alike. How do you treat allergies or other inflammations of the nose without having to rely on medications. Like many of my patients, I try not to take medications and try to go a more natural route. I only take them when I really need them.
In this podcast, I discuss what steps to take for treating allergies, such as diet to air filters and everything in between. I have also included a link to a checklist of what helps manage your allergies and air quality.
