Before joining Tao, Scamardella demonstrated his culinary skills at The Plaza Hotel’s French restaurant and at Polo under legendary chef Daniel Boulud. Scamardella studied at New York City’s Technology Institute, where he learned to master the business of hotel and restaurant management while expanding his culinary repertoire.
