Show Notes

Question: Nutritional suggestions for SI joint pain and sulfur sensitivity? So certainly if it's autoimmunity, I'm thinking you might have problems with folate, where you might want to lower folate intake. You might benefit from having more A and D. You might benefit from removing hypothetically pro-inflammatory foods. Magnesium is important. Acid-base balance is important. Citrate is probably helpful. And then on the sulfur issue, molybdenum and manganese are both important for properly dealing with sulfur. And then you might also want to be looking at your gut microbiome as well. This Q&A can also be found as part of a much longer episode, here.
