We discuss what attracted Mike to this opportunity, what each of us brings to the table, and why it's a win for everybody. We have a pretty in-depth conversation about permit expediting, particularly why Mike things it's more aptly named permit "coordination." He explains that it's always been a challenge, but it's getting harder to do. We also toss around some ideas about a move to offer more online education, including how to produce quality online courses that construction professionals will actually want to take.
