10/1/25 - Democrats vs. Republicans: The Shutdown Showdown
On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, WREC’s Ben Ferguson fills in. The Schumer shutdown serves merely as a tactic to instill fear and undermine President Trump. Democratic members of Congress are insisting on receiving their salaries during the shutdown, yet it falls on Schumer to resolve the situation. He fears losing his position and facing a primary challenge from AOC. Sen Ruben Gallego asserts that he cannot afford to forgo a paycheck, despite earning $174,000 annually. Is this the kind of representation we want? They don't care about the struggles of those who truly live paycheck to paycheck. In addition, Democrats shut the government down demanding for illegal aliens to receive health care which makes it difficult for American citizens who need those benefits. They are also demanding NPR and PBS funding, they want to revoke rural hospital fundings, this is why they won't lift they shut down, because they are not getting what they want. Also, according to the left, Trump is unwell and unfit for the presidency. They argue that he is mentally unstable and immature, suggesting that his actions are jeopardizing the healthcare of millions, which is absolutely false. Learn more about your ad choices. On The Front Lines - Standing Together: Christians and Jews Against Rising Hatred
In this season two premiere episode, Mark Levin is joined by Yael Eckstein of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, as they discuss the deep spiritual ties between Christians and Jews in light of recent events. They explore the historical significance of their relationship, the challenges posed by rising anti-Semitism, and the importance of solidarity in these dark times. Yael shares inspiring stories of hope and resilience, illustrating how both communities can work together to support one another and promote peace in the Holy Land. 9/30/25 - Democrats vs. Trump: A Tale of Two 24-Hour News Cycles
On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, in the last 24 hours, President Trump has ushered in a major peace deal, taken on drug prices, instituted AI-related research to end children's cancer, and spoke to the generals and admirals about his expectations, etc. During the same 24 hours, the Democrats have insisted they will shut down the government. That says it all! But 83% of the government never actually shuts down. What actually stops during shutdowns are the visible public services. Also, the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) is a Marxist-Islamist entity masquerading as democratic and socialist, with the goal of overthrowing the U.S. government, economy, and culture. DSA supports terrorism, including Hamas and the October 7 attacks, and Zohran Mamdani is a member. He is a radical communist influenced by his Marxist-Islamist father and Qatar-funded mother. Later, young American communists believe that true communism has never been tried, despite its history of causing over 100 million deaths. This is due to ignorance and poor history education replaced by propaganda. Every communist regime has been destructive under tyrannical leaders. Learn more about your ad choices. 9/29/25 - Israel vs. Hamas: The Stakes of Trump's Peace Plan
On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the broad parameters of the Trump Gaza peace plan are solid and positive. Key positives include: no restrictions on annexing Judea and Samaria (unlike earlier drafts); no automatic grant of a Palestinian state, as it requires an unlikely cultural transformation and uses non-binding language; and U.S. support for Israel to militarily confront Hamas if they reject or sabotage the deal. Also, there are media outlets like Axios and Mediaite who are running a smear campaign against PM Benjamin Netanyahu, involving anonymous White House leakers who criticize him and Israel. The leaks are cowardly and the undermine President Trump, U.S. foreign policy, and Israel. Later, Charlie Kirk wrote a May 2 letter to Netanyahu expressing his "deep love" for Israel and concern over rising anti-Israel and anti-Semitic sentiments on social media, particularly among Gen Z. Finally, Democrats are plotting a government shutdown to try and gain political advantage, believing it hurts the party in power. But Trump is ready to fight back aggressively, including by firing federal employees to minimize impact on the private sector. Despite shutdowns, government revenue continues unchanged, but Democrats demand an extra $1.5 trillion in spending, including free health care for illegal immigrants. The Best Of Mark Levin - 9/27/25
This week on the Mark Levin Show, there’s enthusiasm for Christian revivals and Judeo-Christian values, but there are those exploiting faith to divide Jews and Christians, including a blood libel invoked by Tucker Carlson during the Charlie Kirk memorial service. People like Carlson, Candace Owens, Steve Bannon and others promote Jew hatred, aligning with Marxists, Islamists, and neo-Nazis rather than true conservatives like Presidents Trump or Reagan. The Democratic Party has violent origins and history and remains a violent entity today. Democrats promote violence through propaganda, fearmongering, and policies like allowing violent felons to vote, open borders that invite cartels and terrorists, and embracing Marxism and Islamism. The Democrats persist in labeling President Trump as Hitler, a dictator, and a threat to democracy despite two assassination attempts on him. Agitprop—a combination of agitation and propaganda—originates from Lenin's 1902 writings and implemented after the 1917 Russian Revolution to manipulate minds, control thoughts, and incite anger for societal control. The modern American Marxist Democrat Party adapts these tactics. The Democrats speak publicly in press conferences and talk shows to maximize impact, resulting in widespread violence on ICE agents and law enforcement, though they deflect blame onto guns rather than taking credit for their influence. 9/26/25 - Everyone Under 30 Against Israel? Let's Talk Facts!
On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, there are a growing number of young people who do have hatred for Israel in colleges and universities, yet Megyn Kelly says “everyone under 30 is against Israel.” That’s an absurd, disgusting statement. Antisemitism is prevalent among Generation Z, fueled by influencers like Tucker Carlson who perpetuate tropes about Jewish control over politics and media. Also, President Trump's second term has been marked by a persistent campaign of domestic terrorism from the left, driven by inflammatory rhetoric from Democrats and progressives. There’s been Molotov cocktail attacks on Tesla dealerships amid, riots and ambushes targeting ICE facilities, and an armed intrusion at a Border Patrol annex in McAllen, Texas, just to name a few. Later, as some former federal prosecutors label the case against James Comey as weak, the real issue is the Biden-appointed judge in Alexandria's Eastern District of Virginia, where juries have shifted toward more Democratic and bureaucratic leanings over time. Afterward, the Trump administration has appealed to the Supreme Court to review the constitutionality of an executive order aiming to end birthright citizenship, which is a mistaken interpretation of the 14th Amendment with no basis in the Constitution or statutes. Finally, Trump has a fantastic tough stance against Democrats threatening a government shutdown over demands for $1.5 trillion in new spending, including funds for illegal immigrants' healthcare. 9/25/25 - James Comey INDICTED!
On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, agitprop—a combination of agitation and propaganda—originates from Lenin's 1902 writings and implemented after the 1917 Russian Revolution to manipulate minds, control thoughts, and incite anger for societal control. The modern American Marxist Democrat Party adapts these tactics. The Democrats speak publicly in press conferences and talk shows to maximize impact, resulting in widespread violence on ICE agents and law enforcement, though they deflect blame onto guns rather than taking credit for their influence. Also, the media hates PM Benjamin Netanyahu just as they hate President Trump, while they praise quisling leaders who surrender to Islamists and Marxists, such as those in the UK, France, Australia, Spain, and Ireland. The media ignores criticisms of dictators like Egypt's president, Qatar's emir, Saudi Arabia's crown prince and Jordan's king, whose fake kingdom was created by Britain and has a history of violence against Palestinians. Without Netanyahu Israel might not exist. Later, in breaking news former FBI director James Comey has been indicted on two counts, making false statements and obstruction of justice. This is unresolved justice not retribution. Sen Ted Cruz calls in and lays out the case against Comey. Cruz details contradictory statements: Deputy Director Andrew McCabe claimed Comey knew and approved the leak to The Wall Street Journal, while Comey denied any involvement in sworn testimony in 2017 and 2020. One must be lying, constituting a felony – the DOJ evidence supports McCabe's account. Afterward, Josh Hammer calls in to discuss the Comey indictments and his last conversation with Charlie Kirk, which disproves Tucker Carlson’s claim that Kirk was going to renounce his friendship with Israel. Finally, Peter Navarro calls in to discuss his new book, I Went to Prison So You Won't Have To: A Love and Lawfare Story in Trump Land. Learn more about your ad choices. 9/24/25 - Fear, Violence, and the Democrat Party
On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the Democratic Party has violent origins and history and remains a violent entity today. This party trashes the Constitution, law enforcement and America's founding, while importing enemies, teaching revolution in universities, and using illegal immigration for political power. Also, Jimmy Kimmel’s a fraud, phony, and selfish punk for making provocative, unfounded statements linking MAGA supporters and Charlie Kirk's TPUSA to a political assassination. This wasn’t a free speech issue, as no government intervention occurred—unlike historical examples under presidents like Wilson or FDR—and a private company like ABC has every right to fire him for such remarks. Later, language serves primarily as a tool for communication. Pursuing and maintaining negative power involves negative communication techniques such as manipulation, deception, repetition, deceit, concealment, distraction, and fearmongering. This uses intimidating, self-serving, orchestrated language to arouse prejudices, stifle independent thought, and control populations without moral constraints, viewing morality as relative or an abstract cover for societal flaws. This is what the Democrat Party is doing today. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

9/23/25 - Reviving Judeo-Christian Values in America
On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, there’s enthusiasm for Christian revivals and Judeo-Christian values, but there are those exploiting faith to divide Jews and Christians, including a blood libel invoked by Tucker Carlson during the Charlie Kirk memorial service. People like Carlson, Candace Owens, Steve Bannon and others promote Jew hatred, aligning with Marxists, Islamists, and neo-Nazis rather than true conservatives like Presidents Trump or Reagan. The left-wing media amplifies them to smear patriotic Americans. We will not tolerate attacks on Christians, Jews, American WWII soldiers, or excuses for Hitler. We're gearing up for a massive political battle in 2028 within the GOP. We will see who turns out the most votes and who builds the strongest coalitions. And then there’s the general election, which cannot be won without constitutional conservatives. We’ve had enough of the grifters and neo-Nazis, the Marxists and Islamists, and their patsies and lapdogs in the media and politics. Also, the Jimmy Kimmel’s suspension was never a battle over free speech or government control of speech. Kimmel was dropped because he's a loathsome punk who made a highly inappropriate comment about the political assassination of Charlie Kirk. The chairman of the FCC had no role in any of it, no matter what he said or did not say. So, there's no 1st amendment at issue, despite the best efforts to concoct one. Kimmel is being brought back because he's a liberal propagandist loved by Democrat Party hacks and the pressure they brought on ABC. Afterward, Tommy Robinson has long been criticized by the media and political establishment, but many of us see him as someone who’s bravely spoken out about uncomfortable truths. His warnings about radical Islam and unchecked migration were dismissed for years, yet recent events have shown he wasn’t wrong to raise the alarm. Since the explosion of antisemitism after October 7, more British Jews are beginning to see the value in what he’s been saying. Finally, Bill O’Reilly calls in to discuss his new book, Confronting Evil: Assessing the Worst of the Worst. This book is a warning to Americans not to look away but to actively choose right over wrong, lest evil grows more powerful. https://www.amazon.com/Confronting-Evil-Assessing-Worst/dp/1250374049 Learn more about your ad choices. 9/22/25 - Celebrating Life: The Legacy of Charlie Kirk
On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, WJNO’s Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. Charlie Kirk’s memorial was a display of authentic humanity, Judeo-Christian values, and resilience amid adversity. Culturally we saw the best humanity had to offer; the Christian music set the stage for the messages we heard and their authenticity. Erica Kirk did one of the hardest things anyone could possibly do, forgive Kirk’s killer. Also, Kirk’s Turning Point USA's broader mission goes beyond campus debates. Kirk built Turning Point primarily through his strong faith, distinguishing him as a leading faith-based conservative activist. His faith was vividly displayed at the memorial. Kirk will be more effective in death than he did when he was alive through Turning Point. Later, ABC's is bringing back Jimmy Kimmel's show after his suspension for what ABC called "ill-timed" comments mislabeling the Kirk assassin as MAGA-linked. ABC affiliate Sinclair will not air the show; how many other affiliates will follow? Finally, transgenderism stems from unaddressed mental health issues and represents an unnatural, amoral deviation from biological reality, where God creates only two sexes without mistakes. Removing God and natural law from society leads to self-made rules and catastrophe, with transgender mass shooters amid rising disproportionate violence. Learn more about your ad choices. 9/19/25 - The Real Reason Behind Late Night Show Cancellations
On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, WREC’s Ben Ferguson fills in for Mark. No, President Trump didn’t act like a dictator and get late-night hosts Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel fired or canceled. Colbert's show was axed due to financial losses of $40 million annually, low ratings, and audience alienation from anti-conservative bias, with CBS executives confirming the decision was made months earlier and unrelated to Trump or regulatory approvals. Similarly, Kimmel's suspension stemmed from money-losing operations, a drastic drop in viewership and affiliates like Nexstar and Sinclair refusing to air the show after Kimmel spread lies about Charlie Kirk's killer being MAGA-linked, despite evidence showing the assassin was a leftist. Also, government shouldn’t be limiting free speech, particularly those seeking to silence critics via the FCC, as this could backfire severely. Declining mainstream media influence, bolstered by social media and figures like Elon Musk, allows bypassing echo chambers; tolerating opposing views preserves a free country. Later, Trump's announced that his administration is negotiating to reclaim Bagram Air Base from the Taliban because of its national security importance due to its location just an hour from China's nuclear weapons production sites. The Biden administration's Afghanistan withdrawal was chaotic, they abandoned the massive, strategically vital base, allowing China to occupy it. This would be a key achievement in protecting American interests against terrorists and adversaries like China. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

9/18/25 - Social Media's Role in Kimmel's Suspension
On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, WJNO’s Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. These late-night hosts are untalented bigots whose opinions don't affect most people. But their content matters due to their reach, especially online, where misinformation spreads. Kimmel's false claim that the alleged Charlie Kirk assassin was a MAGA supporter is a demonstrable lie that influenced audiences online. Social media algorithms create echo chambers reinforcing biases, with 54% of Americans getting news from such platforms, leading to distorted realities. The left is whining about free speech. It was the Democrat party that targeted and silenced conservatives online by threatening big tech and social media companies to suppress stories like Hunter Biden's laptop. Later, there’s a disturbing trend of assassination culture and societal trends on the left - the UnitedHealth CEO assassin's terrorism charge being dropped amid public support; a Discord chat where Kirk's assassin confessed to friends without reports; a Christian singer losing 30,000 followers for similar comments; and polls showing up to 55% of left-leaning Americans justifying assassinating Trump or Elon Musk under certain circumstances. The left has abandoned core values. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

9/17/25 - The Battle for Truth: Exposing Media Manipulation
On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, WMAL’s Larry O’Connor fills in for Mark. The media and the Democrat Party are shameless liars engaged in unprecedented propaganda, having deceived the public about the Biden presidency, President Trump, and his supporters for over a decade. They’ve now moved to lies about the assassination of Charlie Kirk, including distortions about the assassin’s motives, circumstances, and identity—specifically, portraying the assassin’s transgender gay lover as merely a roommate to conform to woke ideologies. The truth is trans women are men – and the media can’t admit that. The other lie is that all of the violence is coming from the right or that it’s from both sides. Also, in breaking news, ABC is pulling Jimmy Kimmel’s late night show off the air indefinitely after Nexstar and Sinclair said it would pre-empt airings of the program following Kimmel’s disgusting comments on the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Are we finally taking back our culture? The left reacted exactly as you would expect. They claim that this is the biggest threat to the First Amendment and free speech, while downplaying the actual chilling effect of Kirk's murder during a public campus debate as merely tragic violence that highlights their hypocrisy. Finally, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) was wrong with its partisan predictions about the big beautiful bill, initially claiming it would create a $3 trillion deficit over 10 years without using dynamic scoring or considering tariff revenues. Democrats and their media perpetuated these lies, with no coverage of the corrections, and the CBO should be overhauled. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

9/16/25 - Dangerous Rhetoric and the Rise of Political Violence
On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, WREC’s Ben Ferguson fills in for Mark. Political violence is a rising trend driven by radical left extremists radicalized by the Democratic Party. Democrats, including leaders like Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, are using inflammatory rhetoric—labeling Republicans as fascists, Nazis, and threats to America—to incite people against opponents like President Trump and Charlie Kirk. We are witnessing a hardcore desensitizing to the idea you can kill anyone you think is a threat to what you believe in. Also, the media echo’s the Democrat Party. They won’t tell you the real story of what happened to Kirk. Some in the media are even claiming that nobody on the left is cheering Kirk’s death. ABC’s Matt Gutman gushed over Tyler Robinson, the alleged assassin, and his transgender romance. He called Robison’s text’s touching and intimate. The texts read like a psycho covering for his transgender lover. In a normal world Gutman would have been fired. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

9/15/25 - The Transformation of Conservatism After Charlie Kirk
On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, WMAL’s Larry O’Connor fills in for Mark. Charlie Kirk’s assassination is a pivotal moment dividing American politics into pre- and post-Kirk eras, marking a transformation in the conservative movement. We need to channel our resolve into action: reclaim our status without apology, boost faith/family/life purpose, volunteer for campaigns, and mobilize votes in upcoming elections. Kirk's legacy demands conservatives fight unyieldingly for borders, taxes, manufacturing, and Western values—proving there's more of us than them. Also, the conservative movement responded with disciplined resolve: swiftly grasping the gravity of the event, mobilizing through social media, preparing for lawful pushback, and demanding accountability from Democrats and media figures who celebrated the killing or demonized conservatives as Nazis. This has rendered legacy media obsolete, empowered grassroots voices, and hardened MAGA's stance against calls for de-escalation, fostering a permanent shift toward assertive, peaceful resistance. Later, Kirk’s assassination was political violence aimed at silencing free speech. Kirk was a fearless communicator who used radio to bypass gatekeepers and reach millions directly. Conservative talk radio—America's last truly free public square—will not be intimidated, will grow stronger amid threats, and will continue broadcasting truths about liberty, faith, and American exceptionalism. The Best Of Mark Levin - 9/13/25
This week on the Mark Levin Show, President Trump rightly criticized Sen Tim Kaine for saying that our rights come from government, not God. The book "Ameritopia" explained that John Locke had profound influence on America's founders during the Revolutionary period. Locke's philosophy was, natural law, derived from God's will, governs all, including governments; no authority can violate inalienable rights; and governments exist by consent to preserve these rights, not create them. This connects to the Declaration of Independence’s principles. Kaine's view is stunning and representative of the Democrat position. Why is our stated ally, Qatar, continuing to protect the leadership of Hamas? Qatar cannot and must not provide safe harbor to Hamas's top terrorist monsters and expect that the nation and people they terrorize -- Israel and the Jews -- will sit still for it. Qatar funds terrorism, it helped unleash 9/11 by protecting the would-be ringleader, it funds terror-supporting front groups in the United States and poisons our colleges and universities with their money. Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk has passed away after being assassinated at an event at Utah Valley University. It’s a deeply sad and dark day. He was a young man with a wife and two baby girls. His only offense, apparently, was to engage and debate in a joyous way. He spent his life fighting for America and his legacy will never be silenced. The Charlie Kirk assassin is still at large, but the FBI is closing in. He will get caught and he needs to be put to death. This guy needs to pay the price, and the whole country needs to see it. Kirk was a genius who lived life fully, enjoyed debating opponents, and inspired young people in the liberty movement. Kirk is the quintessential American story of self-made success and will have an enduring legacy. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

9/12/25 - From Straight-A Student to Assassin: A Disturbing Transformation
On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Mark breaks down exactly what we know about the alleged Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson. It’s reported that he be started to get into politics a few years ago. But that’s not it, he became radicalized from the left then became violent. We face a Marxist-Islamist movement driven by hate-filled individuals like Rep Ilhan Omar and Mehdi Hassan, infiltrating colleges, universities, public schools, and streets with alien ideologies promoting violent revolution. These clash with American history, the Enlightenment, and the Constitution, sparking debates over the nation's founding, legitimacy of rights (from government vs. God), and efforts to overthrow the West. Social media is the swamp where users, especially youth, radicalize in echo chambers without rational intervention, fostering distorted realities and hate. Afterward, Dr Marc Siegel calls in to discuss the assassin of Charlie Kirk and the dangers of the internet and social media, particularly how private online spaces can radicalize naive individuals through echo chambers of hate, misinformation, and lack of intervention. Finally, Erika Kirk, Charlie Kirk’s wife, addresses the nation in a heartfelt message to the nation. If you want to help Charlie Kirk’s family you can make a donation to this site. 9/11/25 - The Left's Violence: A Deep Dive into Political Extremism
On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, on the 24th anniversary of September 11th remember that Qatar and Saudi Arabia were behind it. Qatar protected Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM), the mastermind behind the attacks and Al Qaeda, and aided his escape from the FBI about two years prior. Qatar lies, cheats, funds terrorism, buys politicians, businesses, and sporting events, while providing safe haven to Hamas as it did for KSM. Later, the Charlie Kirk assassin is still at large, but the FBI is closing in. Also, negative power is maintained through manipulative communication techniques like deception, fearmongering, and intimidation, designed to arouse prejudices, suppress independent thought, and control populations without moral constraints. In politics, this undermines democracy by withholding information for informed decisions, inciting destructive actions that serve demagogues while corrupting legitimate governance. This is today’s Democrats. Finally, Miranda Devine calls in and explains that the assassination of Charlie Kirk exemplifies an epidemic of leftist violence targeting Trump supporters and MAGA figures. 9/10/25 - A Dark Day in America: Mourning Charlie Kirk
On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk has passed away after being assassinated at an event at Utah Valley University. It’s a deeply sad and dark day. He was a young man with a wife and two baby girls. His only offense, apparently, was to engage and debate in a joyous way. He spent his life fighting for America and his legacy will never be silenced. We dedicate this show to Charlie and look back on his life and some of his interviews with Mark Levin. 9/9/25 - America's Unseen Enemy: Qatar's Role in Terrorism
On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, why is our stated ally, Qatar, continuing to protect the leadership of Hamas? Qatar cannot and must not provide safe harbor to Hamas's top terrorist monsters and expect that the nation and people they terrorize -- Israel and the Jews -- will sit still for it. Qatar funds terrorism, it helped unleash 9/11 by protecting the would-be ringleader, it funds terror-supporting front groups in the United States and poisons our colleges and universities with their money. It owns Democrat and Republican politicians and lobbyists, spreads its money into legitimate businesses and sports groups. Hamas ordered the latest terrorist attack on Israeli citizens yesterday in Jerusalem. A bus filled with passengers was stormed and people were mowed down with automatic weapons. And they did this during the course of yet more negotiations for the release of the Israeli hostages after 701 days. Does anyone think for a second that if Hamas murdered Americans on a bus in Washington, DC, and their terror bosses in Qatar were sitting in Qatar, protected by that regime that also funded Hamas, that we would put up with this? No way. Also, It is a tragedy that Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zaruska was murdered by a deranged lunatic who had 14 prior arrests. If Democrats would keep their cities safe, support law enforcement and keep criminals in jail, this would have never happened. Lastly, ICE agents are continuing to be attacked by the left by implementing fear mongering, claiming that they are disappearing people. Border Czar Tom Homan pushed back against misleading narratives about ICE enforcement that Mika Brzezinski claimed. Afterward, Ken Griffin is wrong about the Fed and President Trump is right to criticize it. He appears to disagree with Trump's agenda in significant ways. Of course, that is his right. But as for his defense of the Fed, and its independence, and the president's denunciation of fed policy – he’s wrong. Finally, Sen Tim Scott calls in to discuss his new book, One Nation Always Under God: Profiles in Christian Courage. He explains that America without faith is an America in decline. 9/8/25 - Radical Shifts: How the Democrat Party Embraced Socialism
On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, President Trump rightly criticized Sen Tim Kaine for saying that our rights come from government, not God. Also, the Democrat Party has radicalized far beyond its base, leaving behind traditional Democrats like veterans, police, firefighters, and generational members who now form a minority. A recent Gallup poll, show that only 42% of Democrats view capitalism positively, while 66% favor socialism. This reflects the entire party, not just the base, as evidenced by elections of socialists in cities like New York and support for figures like AOC and Bernie Sanders. This Democratic radicalization is partly due to new immigrants from anti-capitalist societies. Later, Dr Zuhdi Jasser calls in to discuss his run for Arizona’s 4th Congressional district. Jasser emphasized his commitment to service, love for America, and fighting against radical Islam, and far-left policies exploiting freedoms. Jasser would be a counter to progressive kooks like Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar. Afterward, sanctuary states and cities are unconstitutional. America fought a civil war making that clear. States and cities cannot defy federal constitutional authority that is clearly granted to the national government -- the enforcement of federal immigration law. They cannot nullify federal law. The Best Of Mark Levin - 9/6/25
This week on the Mark Levin Show, Democrats, the media, and some Republicans are portraying President Donald Trump as a threat to democracy and the Constitution, but it's the opposite. Democratic Congress members, isolationist fake MAGA figures, Marxists, and Islamists are plotting to destroy American principles and the country, while being promoted by left-wing corporate media. President Trump is taking decisive action on Russia and has made it clear he’ll do even more if necessary—unlike the weak, inconsistent leadership we've seen from others. His foreign policy is firm and strategic, echoing the strength of President Reagan, and he’s done more to support Ukraine and NATO than President Biden ever dared. It’s shocking that Sen Tim Kaine's said that our rights come from government, which is a Marxist and buffoonish view. The Declaration of Independence's concept of unalienable rights from God is rooted in eternal truths and the Judeo-Christian tradition. Kaine rejects the American founding, which is based on divine sovereignty bestowed on individuals. Kaine’s view is emblematic of the Democratic Party, which rejects America, embraces Marxism and Islamism, and supports initiatives like the 1619 Project. Learn more about your ad choices. 9/5/25 - Mark Levin: The Truth About Drugs and National Security
On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Venezuela, Mexico, and Communist China, are flooding the U.S. with deadly poisons killing many young people. Unlike others who merely complain, President Trump uses his presidential powers and the military to intervene, such as destroying a drug-laden Venezuelan boat and giving orders to eliminate threats like encroaching Venezuelan jets. The reaction from the left is to find a court or a law to try and prevent Trump from protecting Americans from enemies foreign and domestic. Afterward, we’re glad to see all those attacking pro-military conservatives as "warmongers" now celebrating the Department of War. We were never warmongers. And we salute POTUS and what he is doing for DOD and our national security. He was never an isolationist or appeaser or pacificist. Peace through strength. Also, Tucker Carlson, Qatarlson, conducted an entire program using a disgruntled reportedly former contractor, who was apparently dropped by the State Department, to smear Mark’s step-son David Milstein, who works for Ambassador Huckabee, as well as Huckabee, Speaker Mike Johnson, the entire Rubio State Department, and President Trump's policies. Qatarlson believes that libeling a family member is fair game. Ask yourself, what causes someone like Qatarlson to become so thoroughly evil that they promote 9/11 conspiracies, host Holocaust deniers and Hitler promoters, lavish praise on Putin and other monsters, smear our country's history, military, and great leaders, spread vicious lies and hate about our allies like Israel, trash President Trump for successfully defending our nation against the Iranian terrorist regime and its nuclear program, and smear our country's history? Later, unlike Joe Biden, Trump is protecting Christians, not punishing them. DOJ released a report exposing systematic anti-Christian bias under the Biden administration. Key findings include the State Department limiting humanitarian aid to Christians, favoring non-Christian hires, denying leave for Christian holidays, and imposing LGBTQ+ ideology that violated religious beliefs. The task force commits to ending such discrimination, ensuring equal treatment for all faiths. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

9/4/25 - Unalienable Rights: The Founding vs. Modern Thought
On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, it’s shocking that Sen Tim Kaine's said that our rights come from government, which is a Marxist and buffoonish view. Chapter 5 of On Power says that human rights, liberty, and equality are inherent, God-given through natural law, predating and transcending governments, as affirmed in the Declaration of Independence and echoed in state declarations like Virginia's. These views, shared by Founders such as Jefferson, Mason, Franklin, and Adams, emphasize governments' role in securing these unalienable rights via consent of the governed. In contrast, 19th-century philosophers like Hegel and Marx—influencing modern progressives, American Marxists, and figures like Woodrow Wilson—reject these principles, creating an irreconcilable clash of worldviews at the core of ongoing power struggles, where liberty depends on rights preceding government. Also, anonymous judges are complaining about the Supreme Court to NBC News. They say that the Court overturns lower rulings on Trump administration cases with insufficient explanations, undermining judicial integrity amid rising threats and criticisms from Trump allies. These judges are cowards and activists, and the NBC article is propaganda. Later, Robert Kennedy Jr. fought back in the latest hearing. Democrat Senators refused to let him answer a question. They hate him because he rejected them. Finally, Trey Gowdy calls in to discuss his new book, The Color of Death: A Novel. The story follows assistant DA Colm Truesdale, who, after losing his wife and daughter, becomes apathetic about life but excels in his prosecutorial role. Learn more about your ad choices. 9/3/25 - How Trump and Reagan Approach Foreign Policy
On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, President Trump is taking decisive action on Russia and has made it clear he’ll do even more if necessary—unlike the weak, inconsistent leadership we've seen from others. His foreign policy is firm and strategic, echoing the strength of President Reagan, and he’s done more to support Ukraine and NATO than President Biden ever dared. While the left-wing media continues to push false narratives and smear his record, the truth is undeniable: Trump has tackled the border crisis, deported dangerous criminals, revived the economy through smart tariffs, and worked to end endless wars. Meanwhile, the left seems more focused on protecting criminals and pushing radical agendas than defending our communities and allies. The American people see through the noise—and that’s exactly why Trump’s support continues to grow. Also, a new study debunks the accusations of Israeli genocide, war crimes, and intentional mass starvation in Gaza during the ongoing conflict. The 311-page report explained that more food entered Gaza post-October 7, 2023, than before, refuting famine claims and explains that shortages are due to Hamas looting. Will any major news organization report on this? Afterward, Ben Shapiro calls in to discuss his new book - Lions and Scavengers: The True Story of America (and Her Critics). Shapiro describes lions as builders, innovators, and risk-takers who take responsibility for fixing problems and strengthening society, often embodying patriotism and optimism. In contrast, scavengers are non-producers who resent lions and seek to destroy societal structures, forming coalitions like Marxists or Islamists seen in campus protests and marches that threaten Western civilization from within. Finally, there’s an internal cancer within the Democrat party which threatens to destroy society, especially evident in Islamists who flee oppressive homelands yet attack American freedoms. Democrats are encouraging this cancer because they think it will lead to power. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

9/2/25 - Marxism and Islamism: The Rising Threats in America
On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, Democrats, the media, and some Republicans are portraying President Donald Trump as a threat to democracy and the Constitution, but it's the opposite. Democratic Congress members, isolationist fake MAGA figures, Marxists, and Islamists are plotting to destroy American principles and the country, while being promoted by left-wing corporate media. Rep Rashida Tlaib is the enemy within, an Islamist who supports Hamas and seeks to destroy America. She was at the People's Conference for Palestine, where she asserts Palestinians are "just getting started," and accuses "genocide enablers.” The speakers at this conference are part of the hate America crowd, undermining the U.S. from within. Also, not all young people in America are problematic, but there’s a significant portion who succumb to Marxist propaganda—often intertwined with Islamist rhetoric and issues like climate change—blaming systemic issues like capitalism, racism, or billionaires for personal shortcomings rather than taking responsibility. Life demands hard work, accountability, and individualism, and true freedom shouldn't require others' enslavement through taxes or systemic upheaval. Later, over Labor Day weekend in Chicago at least 58 people were shot, including 8 fatalities and a drive-by wounding 7 victims. This is happening while Governor Pritzker claims crime is down. The Democratic Party is siding with criminals and offering no real solutions. Now Chicago Brandon Johnson is claiming Trump is “militarizing” Chicago. Did Ike "militarize" our schools when he federalized the National Guard in 1957 to escort black students into Central High School? Of course not! The governor refused to allow the students safe passage into the school and blocked them from entering the school. Trump is not "militarizing" Chicago. He wants to ensure the people there are safe while the mayor and the governor are failing horribly and people are literally dying. Learn more about your ad choices. 9/1/25 - Mark Levin's Take on America’s Challenges
On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, we bring you the best of on Labor Day! Critics of President Trump's executive order on American flag burning have not read it and are misrepresenting it, as the order creates no new laws or offenses. It does not run counter to the 1989 5-4 Supreme Court decision in Texas v. Johnson. Unsurprisingly, most of the media jumped the gun and their favorite NeverTrumpers (among others) joined in the chorus, accusing the president of lawlessness, etc. Also, France’s Emmanuel Macron is a disgusting quisling. He thinks it’s still Vichy France, where he’d be more comfortable. Kudos to our Ambassador to France, Charles Kushner for calling out antisemitism in France. Also, CNN and similar media are biased against Supreme Court conservatives like Justices Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Alito, who are accused of being "out of control" while upholding the Constitution in rulings favoring the Trump administration on issues like immigration and spending and DEI. Afterward, On Power explains that negative power, particularly its soft form, exists in both open and closed societies and is increasingly prevalent in democracies like America. It emphasizes that a universal order—encompassing nature, morality, values, and beliefs—precedes, transcends, and outlasts all governments, which are temporary human constructs imposing limits on individuals. Humans are not inherently subjects of rulers or governments but are governed by an unamendable supreme law. Valid governments must align with this universal order, while soft negative power persists in civil society (via laws, customs, or social contracts like Locke's) to maintain order, prevent anarchy, and protect individual liberty—even in the best governments. People vote for tyranny then when it takes hold it’s too late - that’s what will happen if Zohran Mamdani becomes Mayor of NYC. Later, the question media pundits keep asking: what is happening to the democrat party? What happened is that the people have learned a great deal about the Democrat Party and its ideologies over the years and they don't like it. Ideas do have consequences. Educating and reading remain crucial. Unfortunately, too many people with microphones and TV cameras have forgotten about this. Scholarship, history, philosophy still matter. They have always mattered. It's called getting back to basics. Getting back to our founding principles, beliefs, and values, and exposing those who seek to pervert, undermine, and destroy them. The Democrat Party is struggling and failing because it stands for virtually everything most Americans reject. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

The Best Of Mark Levin - 8/30/25
This week on the Mark Levin Show, critics of President Trump's executive order on American flag burning have not read it and are misrepresenting it, as the order creates no new laws or offenses. It does not run counter to the 1989 5-4 Supreme Court decision in Texas v. Johnson. Educating and reading remain crucial. Unfortunately, too many people with microphones and TV cameras have forgotten about this. Scholarship, history, philosophy still matter. They have always mattered. The gunman responsible for the shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church in Minneapolis has been identified as transgender Robin Westman. Westman opened fire through the stained-glass windows during a celebratory mass, killing two children and injuring 17 others, including 14 kids. A manifesto reveals his psychotic obsession with mass shooters and includes anti-Semitic statements about "filthy Zionist Jews." It’s sickening that people will inject their politics into this event. Evil and sick individuals will commit harmful acts regardless of circumstances. Former prosecutors and left-wing mayors blame society or weapons, but that blame leads nowhere. What’s happening is the attack on faith. Faith is pushed out of the classroom and the public square. For a mayor to say don’t talk about prayer, he’s missing the point. Faith has turned a lot of people around; there can never be enough prayer. The United States is one of the most religious countries in the world. We have the freedom to practice any belief we would like, thanks to the Declaration of Independence. American society distinguishes between faith’s role in personal life, community, and government, recognizing it as a moral and psychological foundation that influences behavior and promotes civility. 8/29/25 - The Great Tariff Debate: Courts Challenge Trump's Authority
On Friday's Mark Levin Show, a federal appeals court ruled that President Donald Trump’s use of emergency powers to impose tariffs was unlawful, which is absolutely ridiculous. This decision could disrupt trade agreements with countries like the EU, Japan, and South Korea which is not what Trump wants. It also puts at risk tariffs aimed at China, Canada, and Mexico, which were intended to curb fentanyl shipments in border traffickings. In addition, Secretary of State Marco Rubio has made the decision to prevent Palestinian leaders, such as Mahmoud Abbas, from participating in the forthcoming UN General Assembly. The genius of Rubio asserts that this action is in accordance with U.S. laws that oppose Palestinian statehood and impose penalties on the Palestinian Authority for financially supporting those convicted of terrorism. This decision effectively denies visas to high-ranking officials from both the Palestinian Authority and the Palestine Liberation Organization, although personnel at the UN mission will still be permitted to remain. Lastly, a group of Democratic influencers were offered $8,000 a month to join a secretive program run by Chorus, a nonprofit tied to a liberal marketing platform. These influencers are a problem; therefore, we demand to know how much make so we can put an end to their political funding. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

8/28/25 - Understanding Faith and Freedom in America
On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the United States is one of the most religious countries in the world. We have the freedom to practice any belief we would like, thanks to the Declaration of Independence. American society distinguishes between faith’s role in personal life, community, and government, recognizing it as a moral and psychological foundation that influences behavior and promotes civility. Christianity, while the majority faith, does not seek governmental control, allowing faith and reason to coexist and enrich personal and societal development. The Democrats want the opposite, this is why they are losing more support now than ever. In addition, the probe into John Bolton escalated during the Biden administration when U.S. intelligence acquired foreign espionage data indicating he improperly handled classified information. Officials say the case had already progressed independently and reflects a broader inquiry into national security practices. The left is claiming that this investigation is just a political attack, which is rediculous and not surprising. Also, Gov. Gavin Newsom is not the best Governor this country has ever had. California used to be a great state, but the left ran it down and destroyed its economy, the safety, and the ideology of the people with left-wing garbage. Lastly, David Bozell mentions about a poll that 99% of the American people are tired of crime in big cities, especially the blue cities. Bozell also discusses the attack on the Judeo-Christian communities and how the Minneapolis shooting and many other cases are getting out of hand. Learn more about your ad choices. 8/27/25 - Mental Illness and Violence: A Deep Dive into the Minneapolis Shooting
On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the gunman responsible for the shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church in Minneapolis has been identified as transgender Robin Westman. What’s happening is the attack on faith. Faith is pushed out of the classroom and the public square. For a mayor to say don’t talk about prayer, he’s missing the point. Faith has turned a lot of people around; there can never be enough prayer. Also, Lt Gov Winsome Earle-Sears calls in to discuss her race for Virginia Governor. She highlighting her statewide election experience and the Republican administration's successes—like low taxes, returning $9 billion to taxpayers, and reducing regulations—she pledged to eliminate the car tax, end sanctuary cities, deport illegal criminals, support police, and promote liberty over forced unionization. Her opponent Abigail Spanberger is a proud progressive who supports open borders, sanctuary policies, defunding police, and radical measures. Later, Sen Chuck Schumer and Democrats are blocking President Trump's nominees, confirming only 135 out of over 1,000 senior-level appointments through dilatory tactics. Republicans are eyeing rule changes or recess appointments, because this defies voters' mandate. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

8/26/25 - Why Are Americans Turning Away from the Democrat Party?
On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, the question media pundits keep asking: what is happening to the democrat party? What happened is that the people have learned a great deal about the Democrat Party and its ideologies over the years and they don't like it. Ideas do have consequences. Educating and reading remain crucial. Unfortunately, too many people with microphones and TV cameras have forgotten about this. Scholarship, history, philosophy still matter. They have always mattered. It's called getting back to basics. Getting back to our founding principles, beliefs, and values, and exposing those who seek to pervert, undermine, and destroy them. The Democrat Party is struggling and failing because it stands for virtually everything most Americans reject. Also, the American people elected President Trump in a massive landslide, saving the country from four more years of destructive policies like open borders, anti-military degradation, and campus marches chanting "from the river to the sea." We should not be complacent in the midterms. Also, the U.S. has offered to provide intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), command and control, and air defense assets to support a European-led security plan for postwar Ukraine, including participation in an air shield and no-fly zone enforcement. This includes US aircraft, logistics, and radar to enable European troop deployments, while monitoring ceasefires via superior satellite capabilities. This is necessary. Later, Democrats support violent criminals, while Trump is quickly controlling crime in Washington, D.C., by enforcing the law with police backed by the National Guard. Finally, by 2040 Islam could surpass Judaism as the nation's second-largest religion. America's Christian foundations—rooted in individual liberty, personal responsibility, and devotion to God—are eroding due to silence and fear. Learn more about your ad choices. 8/25/25 - The Media's Response: Ignoring the President's Executive Order
On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, critics of President Trump's executive order on American flag burning have not read it and are misrepresenting it, as the order creates no new laws or offenses. Finally, Yael Eckstein, president of the International Fellowship of Christians (IFCJ) and Jews calls in. In Syria, partnering with the Israeli army, IFCJ has provided thousands of food packages and established medical clinics for targeted Christians and Druze. More recently in Suweida, they airlifted life-saving medical supplies and food to a hospital lacking essentials, saving lives from infections and hunger. Learn more about your ad choices. The Best Of Mark Levin - 8/23/25
This week on the Mark Levin Show, President Donald Trump calls into the show and discusses transforming the U.S. from a dead country under President Biden to the hottest nation globally, as affirmed by world leaders. Trump describes handling the Russia-Ukraine conflict through instinct rather than rigid processes, emphasizing his success in securing hostage releases without concessions. He praises PM Benjamin Netanyahu as a war hero amid legal challenges and recounts authorizing a precise military strike on Iran’s nuclear facility, which pilots had prepared for over 22 years, preventing imminent nuclear weapon development. Later, between 2020 and 2024, the Democratic Party saw a significant drop in voter registration across all 30 states that monitor party affiliation, losing 2.1 million voters while Republicans gained 2.4 million. This change, amounting to a total swing of 4.5 million voters, took place in battleground states as well as in traditionally blue and red states. John Bolton may be in serious trouble. Why would the timing of this raid on Bolton’s house be chilling? Suddenly Democrats are special pleaders for Bolton and now we have to hear from the conspiracy theorists. The question isn’t why the Trump administration is looking into Bolton or the timing of it; the question is why did the Biden administration shut down any investigation into him without explanation? 8/22/25 - What Lies Beneath: Epstein, Bolton, and the Justice Department
On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, John Bolton may be in serious trouble. Also, the key revelations in the interview with Ghislaine Maxwell conducted by Deputy AG Todd Blanche includes no list of names, no evidence implicating Trump in anything improper, and denials that Jeffrey Epstein was a spy for Israel. What will the conspiracy theorists and grifters do now? They'll claim a massive cover-up without any real endgame, merely to keep audiences engaged. Later, Rep Chip Roy calls in to announce his run for Texas Attorney General. Roy also praises Texas for aggressively redistricting to gain more Republican seats, countering Democratic gerrymandering in states like California, Illinois, and Massachusetts. Afterward, Vladimir Putin is a madman, butcher, and killer who’s responsible for invading Ukraine, committing atrocities like kidnapping children and brutalizing civilians, and showing no intent to end the war. But there’s nobody better to pressure Putin than Trump. Finally, Alex Marlow calls in to discuss his new book, Breaking the Law: Exposing the Weaponization of America's Legal System Against Donald Trump. Learn more about your ad choices. 8/21/25 - Trump's Law and Order: Cleaning Up D.C. and Beyond
On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson of the Ben Ferguson Podcast fills in for Mark. President Donald Trump is the law-and-order president. Crime in D.C. is out of control. Trump strategically uses D.C. to demonstrate rapid crime reduction via federal intervention, pressuring Democrat-run high-crime cities like Memphis, Chicago, St. Louis, and Baltimore—listed as America's most dangerous—to seek similar help. However, many mayors refuse due to Trump derangement syndrome. These Democrat-controlled cities could be transformed with proper law enforcement accountability and presence; they just have to ask Trump for help. Also, a top IRS lawyer, Anthony Sacco, was placed on administrative leave following a Daily Wire report highlighting his history of far-left advocacy, including calls to resist Trump and pack the Supreme Court. The Treasury Department is investigating as part of efforts to depoliticize the IRS, with Senator Tom Cotton calling for Sacco's immediate firing. Later, finally we have real justice. A NY appellate court has overturned a $500 million civil fraud penalty against Trump in a case brought by AG Letitia James. The court ruled the penalty was an excessive fine, violating the Eighth Amendment, which Mark Levin explained a year ago. Finally, the Trump administration is on track to deport over 400,000 undocumented immigrants in its first year. The big beautiful bill is enabling ICE to deport more illegal aliens and expand detention capacity with at least 50 new centers. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

8/20/25 - Democrats in Decline: Voter Registration Trends Revealed
On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, between 2020 and 2024, the Democratic Party saw a significant drop in voter registration across all 30 states that monitor party affiliation, losing 2.1 million voters while Republicans gained 2.4 million. This change, amounting to a total swing of 4.5 million voters, took place in battleground states as well as in traditionally blue and red states. In addition, with many assuming malicious intent without substantial evidence. However, the narrative has faded as the extraordinary accusation failed to hold up under scrutiny. The shift highlights how quickly public perception can change when dramatic claims lack corroboration. Also, Jack Ciattarelli joins the show to talk about the deterioration of New Jersey under Phil Murphy, emphasizing that the state deserves a more capable leader. New Jersey has been plagued by overcrowding, soaring property taxes, antisemitism and the falsehoods propagated by Murphy, leaving the residents exhausted by the situation. Ciattarelli is running to replace Gov. Phil Murphy once and for all by not only addressing these pressing issues but by also committing to doing everything within his power to transform New Jersey into a better place. 8/19/25 - Navigating Chaos: President Trump's Approach to Russia and Ukraine
On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, President Donald Trump calls into the show and discusses transforming the U.S. from a dead country under President Biden to the hottest nation globally, as affirmed by world leaders. Furthermore, our media is deeply flawed, and Susan Rice is no exception as she criticizes Trump for not securing a cease-fire agreement. However, Trump is addressing a much larger issue that extends beyond just a cease-fire. European leaders, along with Zelensky and Putin, will not agree to a deal unless it meets their standards. It's noteworthy that Trump was able to facilitate discussions between Zelensky and Putin, a feat that Biden and many previous presidents would never have achieved. Also, Rep. Gregory Meeks and Rev. Al Sharpton have attacked Trump with "taking over" cities using the National Guard, effectively seizing control of significant African American neighborhoods and exploiting them. They even labeled Trump as "Jim Crow 2.0," a truly reprehensible accusation. However, many in Washington DC, including members of the African American community, are recognizing the need for safety and are thankful that the National Guard was present. With crime rampant in Washington DC and numerous other cities, this is a crucial part of Trump's strategy to restore safety and make these cities safe again. Learn more about your ad choices. 8/18/25 - Trump, Zelensky, and the Quest for Peace
On Monday's Mark Levin Show, WMAL's Larry O'Connor fills in for Mark. Marco Rubio's State Department has reduced the number of student visas by over 6,000 following an executive order issued in January that mandated a review for potential security risks. This visa enforcement is among the most prominent immigration measures keeping education safe from foreign threats and influences. Also, President Trump declared that he will lead a movement aimed at abolishing mail-in voting and electronic voting machines ahead of the 2026 midterm elections, which was very overdue. He announced plans to sign an executive order, and he will succeed in ending the ballot corruption, once and for all. In addition, NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte said that Russian President Vladimir Putin has agreed to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. This occurred during a phone call between Putin and President Trump right in the middle of a big meeting at the White House with Trump, Zelensky, and top European leaders. Trump told French President Emmanuel Macron, that he thinks Valdimir Putin wants to make a deal with him. Rutte later confirmed that Putin agreed to a meeting with Zelensky, though no confirmation on details yet. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

The Best Of Mark Levin - 8/16/25
This week on the Mark Levin Show, the Democratic Party continues to try and link President Trump to Jeffrey Epstein. Unfortunately, no details are being revealed because of the case's sensitive nature, not due to any attempt to hide information by Trump. It is impossible to force the grand jury to reveal this information, as that would infringe upon the privacy rights that are fundamental to every case during its jurisdiction. These so-called influencers are promoting the Epstein issue as a significant concern, yet a CNN poll conducted by Harry Enten shows that interest in the Epstein matter has waned considerably. Senator Adam Schiff’s in hot water—he’s been accused of corruption and mortgage fraud. The FHFA says he listed both his Maryland and California homes as his “primary residence” to score better loan terms, which could violate federal laws. Now the Justice Department is looking into it, and Schiff says it’s all political payback from President Trump, which is just his way of trying to brush off what he did. George and Alex Soros are relentlessly working to undermine this nation. Despite the Soros family amassing billions from this country, they choose to finance antisemitic protestors, purchase radio stations to sway public opinion, and back radical Democrats and influencers. They are now supporting protests against President Trump’s crime crackdown in Washington, D.C., including a $20 million contribution to groups opposing the deployment of National Guard troops and federalization of D.C.’s police. When will the Republicans investigate the Soros family? Finally, the bizarre incident involving Sean Charles Dunn, a former Justice Department employee who threw a sandwich at federal officers. Dubbed the "D.C. sandwich slinger" by the New York Post, Dunn's actions have sparked outrage and legal consequences. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

8/15/25 - Putin and Trump: The Meeting That Could Change Everything
On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, President Trump's negotiating skills and common sense are on display during his meeting with Vladimir Putin in Alaska. Putin is a ruthless, Stalin-like dictator who rose through blackmail, eliminates opponents, and seeks to reclaim former territories, including NATO nations, while disregarding human losses. Putin’s war is a disaster for him, whose weakened military and finances face a determined Ukraine. Also, Mark goes live to the Trump and Putin news conference after their 3-hour meeting, in which we didn’t learn a whole lot from it. The meeting was productive but there’s no deal yet. There must have been some concessions from Putin if it was a productive meeting? Afterward, Sen Tom Cotton calls in with his take on the Trump/Putin meeting. Cotton notes Trump's realistic expectations for no major peace deal but potential ceasefire groundwork. He emphasized Trump's refusal to concede Ukrainian territory without involving Zelensky and Europeans, and plans to arm Ukraine while threatening severe sanctions on Russian oil exports to pressure Putin into negotiations. 8/14/25 - The Power Play: Understanding Putin Before the Meeting
On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, in Friday’s meeting with Vladimir Putin, President Trump will attempt to forge an agreement between Putin and Zelensky. We’re told we need to discus s the meeting but how much do you know about Putin? He’s been in power for 25 years, longer than any Kremlin leader since Stalin. There’s no effective opposition because Putin has killed them all. Montesquieu says “any man who has power is led to abuse it; he continues until he finds limits.” This is Putin. Also, Trump’s action to curb D.C’s rampant crime is constitutional. In just a few days, his actions have resulted in hundreds of arrests and widespread resident approval, including from some Democrats. Democrats call Trump a dictator while they support criminals, Hamas, and illegal immigrants, manipulate crime stats, and defy court rulings. Later, PM Benjamin Netanyahu calls in and addresses the global propaganda against Israel in the Gaza conflict, including false claims of starvation and inflated casualty figures from Hamas. Israel's delivery of nearly 2 million tons of aid, which is equivalent to one ton per Gazan, is stolen by Hamas. Netanyahu stresses the unprecedented measures to minimize civilian casualties, such as warnings via texts and calls. Netanyahu also explains that forces gang up against Israel and the U.S., chanting "death to Israel, death to America" as they seek to destroy free societies and impose a dark tyranny reminiscent of the early Middle Ages. Afterward, WABC’s Sid Rosenberg calls in to discuss the NYC Mayors race. Rosenberg endorses Curtis Sliwa as his top choice but predicts socialist Zohran Mamdani will likely win because no candidate will drop out anytime soon. Finally, On Power explains that the Democratic Party poses a significant domestic threat to America by seeking to breach constitutional safeguards in pursuit of a utopian society, influenced by Marxist, socialist, and Islamist elements, though not representative of all members. The progressive movement aim to fundamentally transform the nation's character through centralized power, diminishing individual freedoms. Learn more about your ad choices. 8/13/25 - Governors Unite: A Night with DeSantis, Abbott, and Dunleavy
On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, George and Alex Soros are relentlessly working to undermine this nation. Also, Gov Mike Dunleavy calls in to discuss the Trump/Putin meeting in Alaska this Friday. In addition, Alaska's energy resources are vital, but under the Biden and Obama administrations, the state faced restrictive federal policies. In contrast, Trump has liberated Alaska's energy sector. Later, Democrats, having lost touch with the cultural zeitgeist, are attempting to fracture the MAGA coalition built by Trump. Their strategy involves exploiting internal disagreements within MAGA, using media-driven wedge issues like foreign policy and the Epstein case to create divisions. “Some are being advanced by paid influencers and operatives, along with bot armies, to split the movement.” Afterward, Gov Greg Abbott calls in and addresses the ongoing issue of redistricting in Texas, where a special 30-day legislative session is nearing its end with less than a week remaining. Democrats in the Texas House, numbering 62 out of 150 members, left the state to block a quorum, which requires two-thirds of the House and Senate to act, preventing a vote on redistricting. Abbott expressed confidence in passing the redistricting legislation by calling consecutive special sessions if needed. Finally, Gov Ron DeSantis calls in to announce his new Lieutenant Gov Jay Collins. They discuss Florida’s appeal and the need for redistricting to ensure fair representation, especially in rapidly growing areas like Tampa Bay and Sarasota. They also advocate for a census that counts only legal residents and points out California’s gerrymandered district maps, which favor liberal candidates despite being drawn by an independent commission. 8/12/25 - Adam Schiff's Allegations: Treason or Political Maneuvering?
On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, Sen Adam Schiff’s in hot water—he’s been accused of corruption and mortgage fraud. The FHFA says he listed both his Maryland and California homes as his “primary residence” to score better loan terms, which could violate federal laws. Now the Justice Department is looking into it, and Schiff says it’s all political payback from President Trump, which is just his way of trying to brush off what he did. Aside from all this, a Democratic whistleblower who worked on the House Intelligence Committee claimed to the FBI that Schiff authorized the leak of classified information in 2017 to undermine Trump during the Russia investigation. In addition, Democrats continue to reference the Epstein case, despite it no longer being a relevant topic of discussion. Their desperation to find anything to use against Trump is evident, but the truth will always triumph over hatred and ignorance. The left is now labeling Trump as a dictator who intends to deploy the National Guard to seize control of every city, which is a gross misrepresentation. In reality, Trump is utilizing the National Guard to combat the rising crime rates in Washington, D.C., a Federal city. Thus, the assertion that Trump can impose such measures on any city is incorrect, as is the public's concern regarding the Democrats' apparent indifference to the increasing crime rates in many urban areas. Lastly, Israel has rejected claims of widespread starvation in Gaza, saying Hamas is spreading misleading information to gain political leverage. A report by COGAT found that many deaths labeled as malnutrition-related were actually due to severe pre-existing medical conditions. The review also noted that Hamas failed to provide identifying details for the deceased, raising doubts about the credibility of their reports. One example cited was a child whose condition was attributed to hunger but was later found to suffer from a genetic disorder and had received treatment in Israel before the war. 8/11/25 - MAGA's Resilience: Why Epstein Didn't Hurt Trump
On Monday's Mark Levin Show, the Democratic Party continues to strive to link President Trump to the Epstein case. Unfortunately, no details are being revealed because of the case's sensitive nature, not due to any attempt to hide information by Trump. It is impossible to force the grand jury to reveal this information, as that would infringe upon the privacy rights that are fundamental to every case during its jurisdiction. These so-called influencers are promoting the Epstein issue as a significant concern, yet a CNN poll conducted by Harry Enten shows that interest in the Epstein matter has waned considerably. in addition, we need to exercise extreme caution regarding whom we place our trust in moving forward, as there are numerous backstabbers, particularly when it involves attacking Trump. Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene serves as a prime example - many admired her, but the tables have turned as she is a deceitful and sleazy politician. Do we truly want individuals like her to represent us? Absolutely not. This is precisely why she is experiencing a significant decline in support due to her abhorrent actions, and yet she has the nerve to assert that she leads MAGA, which is utterly embarrassing. Also, Washington D.C is getting more dangerous. Just like in NYC and in California, crime is just as bad in Washington D.C.. Trump has a plan to help combat the crime that has been present and affecting the community. Moreover, individuals such as Sen Bernie Sanders pose a significant threat, and it is disheartening to see someone like Dana Bash fawning over Sanders, which is likely contributing to her declining ratings. Sanders endorses the actions of Nicolás Maduro in Venezuela, supports Zohran Mamdani's campaign for Mayor of NYC, and advocates for the erosion of our freedoms through Socialism and Marxism. Lastly, Benjamin Netanyahu isn't going to stop destroying Hamas, until Gaza is free of them. Netanyahu is determined to release all the hostages, and will not stop until they are all home and safe. The Best Of Mark Levin - 8/9/25
This week on the Mark Levin Show, the Justice Department is launching a federal grand jury investigation into former Obama administration officials accused of their role in 2016’s Russia-gate. This legal move could lead to criminal charges against key Cabinet members from the Obama era, including James Clapper, John Brennan, and James Comey. President Barack Obama needs to be questioned for his role. Barack Obama is the central figure in uncovering the full scope of the Russia Collusion scandal and the attempt to undermine the Trump campaign and presidency. The Supreme Court does not grant him blanket immunity. It offers a presumption of immunity, which could be challenged based on what the investigation reveals. Regardless, there is no immunity from criminal investigation or from being compelled to testify under oath—period. Israel is being attacked and accused of a deep Zionistic rhetoric that Israel has special interests regarding the spread of Zionism. Isreal is defending itself and protecting the freedoms of Jews, Christians and non-radical Muslims who oppose the Radical-Islamic regimes. Sen Elizabeth Warren met with Zohran Mamdani to endorse his socialist and Marxist agenda. Warren asserts that affordability is the primary crisis facing our nation, but this is merely a facade to disguise their true intentions. She also claims that this aligns with the Democratic message and their core values. Fidel Castro spoke of free healthcare, free food, and housing, yet he stifled his people's progress, leading to the current disastrous state of Cuba. The handouts they are advocating will ultimately cause more harm than good, jeopardizing everything you have worked tirelessly for, merely to provide for illegal immigrants, while also undermining essential institutions like our Police Departments, ICE, and more. Democrats have been more aggressive in gerrymandering than Republicans. There's not a single Republican representative from Massachusetts. There's only one Republican representative from Maryland. In 2020, the Census made "mathematic" errors resulting in upwards of 5 congressional seats assigned to blue states, which should have been held by red states. President Trump as an iconic, history-making president who thinks outside the box, achieving success as both a businessman and leader. Trump leverages America's economic power to rebuild industries, repatriate businesses, access closed economies, and compete with Communist China, while applying it to foreign policy—mirroring Ronald Reagan's approach that led to the Soviet Union's collapse. Chicago's Mayor Brandon Johnson warns of a "point of no return" for city finances amid a $1.1 billion 2026 deficit, pushing for tax hikes like a millionaire tax, corporate head tax and wants progressive revenue options. In On Power, it explains that the progressive movement aims to fundamentally transform America and Western democracies by centralizing government power, diminishing individual freedoms, and reengineering society through soft negative power. Johnson's progressive tax hikes reflects a drive to expand centralized governmental authority, which will erode economic freedoms and individual autonomy in pursuit of societal reengineering. This is what NYC can look forward to if Zohran Mamdani gets elected. 8/8/25 - The Political Drama Surrounding Attorney General Letitia James
On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, NY AG Letitia James has been subpoenaed by the Justice Department as part of a grand jury investigation by the Albany US Attorney’s Office, focusing on her $454 million civil fraud case against former President Donald Trump. This is fantastic; she’s been politicizing her office for a long time. Jack Smith, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton along with Smith are all being looked at. This is equal justice, not retribution. Also, historian Andrew Roberts discusses how Winston Churchill, long criticized by the left, is now also a target of disdain from the far-right podcasters, ‘influencers’ and their guests, challenging the established narrative that the U.S. and U.K. were morally justified in defeating the Third Reich. Later, Trump brokered a historic peace deal between Azerbaijan and Armenia, who have been at war for 35 years. The President also facilitated ceasefires between Congo and Rwanda, Cambodia and Thailand, and India and Pakistan. Efforts are underway to negotiate a Russia-Ukraine deal, with a meeting planned, though concerns remain about Putin's reliability, given his history of breaking agreements. Afterward, On Power explains that John Adams warned that democracies can become tyrannical without just laws, representation, divided powers, private property rights, and a virtuous populace. Liberty, as outlined in the Declaration of Independence, includes unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Thomas Jefferson defined liberty as unobstructed action within the bounds of others' equal rights, emphasizing just laws to maintain order, though noting governments naturally encroach on liberty over time. Influenced by Locke, Jefferson saw law as a tool to promote freedom. Finally, Rep Bryon Donalds calls in to explains that he reintroduced the DC CRIMES Act to assert congressional control over Washington, D.C.'s sentencing policies, prohibiting local officials from altering sentencing laws and limiting leniency for young offenders. Law and order needs to be restored. He also explains that if NYC elects Zohran Mamdani if would be worse than Bill de Blasio. Mamdani is good on TikTok but he’s an economic illiterate. 8/7/25 - New York's Future: A Warning from Chicago's Budget Crisis
On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Chicago's Mayor Brandon Johnson warns of a "point of no return" for city finances amid a $1.1 billion 2026 deficit, pushing for tax hikes like a millionaire tax, corporate head tax and wants progressive revenue options. Mandami repeatedly trashes America, failed to assimilate, and acting as a revolutionary against the country since his teenage arrival. His Marxist, Islamist, and Jew-hating ideologies echo terrorist lines. Also, On Power describes authoritarian democracy as a gradual slide from democracy into authoritarianism, where power centralizes—often in unelected branches like the judiciary or administrative state, or through excessive executive/legislative dominance—marginalizing citizens. It employs authoritarian tactics softly at first, justifying tyrannical laws or flawed processes simply because they follow legal forms, prioritizing legality over justice or morality. This has permeated Western society, embedding ideas like Marxism unconsciously, as noted by Ludwig von Mises. Later, federalizing Washington D.C. is constitutionally allowed and necessary because local rule has failed amid out-of-control crime like murders and carjackings. D.C. is an overwhelmingly Democrat one-party city that doesn't protect people, despite being the nation's capital where elected officials, staff, judges, and bureaucrats must work. 8/6/25 - Celebrating a Bestseller and Unpacking Gerrymandering
On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, On Power opens as New York Times #1 bestseller – thanks to you! Also, five U.S. soldiers were shot and injured at Fort Stewart base in Georgia. The shooter is now sitting in custody as authorities are investigating for more information. We pray for the victims who are recovering. Later, Democrats have been more aggressive in gerrymandering than Republicans. There's not a single Republican representative from Massachusetts. There's only one Republican representative from Maryland. In 2020, the Census made "mathematic" errors resulting in upwards of 5 congressional seats assigned to blue states, which should have been held by red states. Afterward, the Democrat Party's efforts to undermine the U.S. Supreme Court's independence, such as expanding it to add activist judges who reject constitutional limits, as part of a broader deconstitutionalization of America. The Constitution restrains power-hungry individuals, making it a target. Israel is a prime example of a judicial tyranny. The absence of a constitution allowed Israel's Supreme Court to seize unchecked power, overriding elected branches, eliminating separation of powers, and functioning as an self-selecting oligarchy or ideological politburo that dictates laws and policies without bounds. Christian groups who support Israel are being attacked and they are fighting back. A private roundtable event addressed rising antisemitism from the so-called influencers and podcasters from a Christian perspective. In addition, President Trump as an iconic, history-making president who thinks outside the box, achieving success as both a businessman and leader.
