On Friday's Mark Levin Show, why did former AG Bill Barr stay with the Trump Administration as long as he did if Trump was as bad as he said he was? Barr erroneously assumes that the appointment of a Special Master for the FBI raid is a red herring when the issue at hand is the protection of privilege or one's fourth amendment right. If privilege simply didn't matter then it wouldn't be part of the Presidential Records Act. Then, this program will never defend the people that broke into the Capitol on January 6 and attacked cops. The latest information revealed in the now unsealed warrant indicates that the FBI is angling to go after Trump for violating the espionage act. The entire search is a pre-text using subterfuge because Trump gave the FBI access to all the subpoenaed boxes when they met with Trump's lawyers in June of 2022. These same boxes were seized in the raid. If the FBI really suspected secret documents regarding nuclear codes, they would have seized them back in June. So, what changed between June and August? Why was there a dire need now in August when they were just there? They could've gotten a judge to sign an order subpoenaing the boxes, but they chose to conduct a raid that included Melania Trump's wardrobe because they wanted access to everything they could see, not just what was included in the narrow scope of what they outlined in the warrant. It's unimaginable to think that we are putting a former President in this unprecedented position. Later, the espionage act was created to prosecute spies, not former U.S Presidents. US Attorney Graves and Deputy Attorney General Monaco are the two central figures in this expedition into former president Trump and they behave as if this is the United States of the Democrat Party instead of the USA. On Friday's Mark Levin, President Biden visited Saudi Arabia but neglected to ask what their policy was on abortion, gay marriage, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Of course, this is tongue in cheek because people are beheaded for those things in Saudi Arabia. Biden loves genocidal autocrats, yet the media, which treats Republicans as pariahs for their positions on these issues, have been silent on these human rights abuses. Biden called for a Palestinian state during his time in Bethlehem with the wealthy Jew-hating terrorist Mahmoud Abbas. Many have tried to promote a two-state solution however the Palestinians' pre-conditions were unrealistic which is why former President Trump moved forward with the Abraham Accords which brought other Middle East nations into the conversation allowing Palestine to come to the table once they are serious about lasting peace. Then, statists, or Marxists, in particular, the enviro-statist thrives on a threat that allows the government to take away one's liberty as we saw during the pandemic. Similarly, DDT chemical spray that prevented malaria had prevented the deaths of many, but it was said to be the cause of cancer for many children and was eventually banned even though a federal judge deemed it was not a carcinogen. Later, Gov Gavin Newsom is going to war with parents over the promotion of adult sexual material being taught in CA public schools. Newsom has doubled down on Critical Race Theory, pornographic literature, and cartoons in the classroom under the guise of social-emotional learning. Afterward, the federal judge presiding over the case of former White House Advisor Peter Navarro raised an eyebrow at the FBI's arrest tactics for his misdemeanor charge.
