Gregorio has been a professor at the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (EGADE), Assistant Professor of International Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho and has participated as a member of the editorial board of the business section of Grupo Reforma newspapers. He also worked as a foreign associate for two major US law firms on the east and west coasts.
Among other activities, Gregorio is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Korea in North Eastern Mexico.
