Guest Bio - Nikki Gonzales
I am passionate about the future of work, especially regarding the role of automation, robotics, and data science/artificial intelligence in changing our world. I help distributors of industrial automation technology get more business through our collaborative marketplace at Quotebeam. I help buyers cut their sourcing time from weeks to days, sometimes hours. Actively build partner relationships with buyers, distributors, and manufacturers. I have learned a lot from the amazing people I have worked with over the years in various subjects. Some people think I am a little crazy, I would call myself intensely curious. I have also learned a lot from the school of hard knocks. Very very far from perfect or a master of any subject. I am always learning. I bet I could learn a lot from you.

What is the future of the manufacturing workforce?
Can we attract younger employees?
Will they all be robots?
