Shankari chants during a saturday evening satsang at Yoga Vidya Bad Meinberg, Germany, the Sharanagata, which is a mantra from the Devi Mahatmyam, from the Narayani Stotra. It is a mantra for protection. The Divine Mother is invoked for protection and assistance. Here are the lyrics to sing along:
