The weather is TOO cold, and the electricity bill is TOO expensive. Tom can't turn on the heater yet, as it is TOO early and the kids haven't gone home. Tom wants to know how to express excessiveness in Mandarin. Let's see if Tom is able to turn on the heating in the end!
