Show Notes

September draws to a close and here comes October 2022, genuinely one of the busiest months in the 120-year history of Manchester United. Nine games to come in the Premier League, UEFA Europa League and EFL Cup. First up, Manchester City at the Etihad in the 2pm Sunday kick-off.

Today on the show, we’re previewing Sunday’s match against City with the significant helping hand of Michael Plant, journalist at Manchester World who covers the clubs from both M16 and M11.

Michael will give us his insight into how Erik ten Hag’s first few months at United have progressed and tell us whether he’s seen any teams this season manage to nullify Erling Haaland, who has monstrously racked up the goals for our local rivals so far.

Later in the show, Harry Robinson is joined as always by cohost Jack Tait to talk about the game in further detail as we decide on our starting XIs, tactics and look ahead to this nine-game month of October. There’ll also be a youth and women’s round-up midway through the show. Enjoy!
