It is no secret that lockdowns, restrictions, and the rise of technology have changed the way we relate with each other – in some ways, this has been for the better. In most ways, it has been problematic. Loneliness is on the rise. But what about when you are surrounded by people and supported appropriately, but you still feel lonely? Today's episode addresses the loneliness epidemic and gives some insight as to why you might be feeling lonely EVEN IF you have lots of social interaction in your life.
