A lot of the messaging in this podcast and DeepClean can come across as "anti-filter", when in reality, internet filters can have an essential place in the porn recovery process. The mistake men commonly make is relying exlusively on the filter – this can lead to disastrous outcomes. When a filter is supplementary to an inner transformation process (program, counseling, coaching, etc), it can be highly beneficial, provided it is used appropriately.
