I’m in a true build season for the first time - no deficit, no shrinking, just slow intentional growth. And as someone who was once obese, putting on weight (even strategically) messes with old wiring.
Now I have to step on stage mid-build to qualify for nationals - not dieting, not cutting - just trusting.
