On this episode, Henry interviews Athlete and Olympian Kate Hansen. Kate dives deep into the "Failures" that she had to experience until finally becoming a champion. She bears her raw and real life continuing experiences that transformed her perspective of herself and allowed her to truly become a champion not just in the Olympics but in life.
Kate also tackles down what to do when naysayers try to block you from achieving your goals, including your own inner voice of doubt. This has been such an incredible interview which went longer than normal that I had to divide our discussion into 2 parts.
