Figure out WHO you are first, so you can make choices that align with your WHY. Not everything that gets thrown at you is going to be worthy of your time, energy, and thought. Release the need to address EVERYTHING all the time. You can't be everything to everyone, all at once. So focus on the important, and you can only get to know what's important by actually leaning into who you are and why you're here.
