The more you consciously DECIDE to feel excited about your healthier choices, the more your brain associates these healthy things with dopamine too. This is how people get addicted to working out and eating right. It starts with small, consistent changes, which we all know and hear about regularly but to me, the most important piece comes from the intentional choice of good feelings surrounding those healthy routines.
