Everything is better in moderation and that includes moderation. Hating your job and chores and daily routines makes sense but you can always change your perspective without changing everything else which is sometimes all you need to get out of a rut.

Vacations are essential to our wellbeing and that includes vacationing from our daily routines. If you’ve been doing too much scrolling, too much TV, too much smoking, too much drinking, too much complaining - take a step back and redirect those habits into different ones for a while until you can look forward to them again.
