Show Notes

if you have the capacity to do some reflecting, the beginning of the year makes for good excuse as any to check in. We won’t be able to change what we don’t see. And sometimes it’s about opening our eyes to the place we are right now by taking a moment to honor the person we were just last year.

Iif you’re at a place to do so, take note of your life by asking yourself some reflective questions. The aim is to be honest and vulnerable, without getting judgmental about it. Here are some questions to encourage self-reflection:

1. How did I show up for myself?

2. How have I changed?

3. How have I grown?

4. What did I learn?

5. What are some ways I showed up for others this year?

6. Where did I make things harder for myself?

7. Where can I make things easier for myself next year?

8. What can I celebrate? How can I honor the work I put in?

9. What do I feel like enhancing + integrating more of?

10. How can I show up for myself even more next year?

11. What did I prioritize last year?

12. What do my habits look like?

13. Where does most of my energy go?

14. What would a life well lived look like to you?

15. What regrets do you hope to avoid in the future?

16. What did I overcome this year?

17. What did I release?

18. What did I improve?
