Analysis paralysis is a natural response to stress, but there are many ways to manage it.


  1. Respect the "thawing" process: this takes time.
  2. Ground yourself: breathing exercises, noting exercises, etc.
  3. Practice physical release: dance, shake, sing, yell, etc.
  4. Get therapeutic help: Practice healthier coping skills, uproot deeper issues.
