You don’t have to wait for permission or for the education fund to be approved by your organization to get those back pocket skills. Back pocket skills are skills you obtain when they are not required for work or skills that are opposite from your 9-5 job. We can all use constructive advice and friends that will come to our rescue when we need emotional support.
