Veteran MLB Umpire Bruce Froemming, who officiated over 5,000 games and called a record 11 no-hitters, has passed away at 86. He fell at home, suffered brain bleeding, and died after doctors couldnt stop the bleeding due to his blood thinners. Froemming started umpiring in the minors in 1958 and retired in 2007 after a 37-year career. He leaves behind his wife, two sons, a sister, a half-brother, and two grandchildren.
