Two workers, Roberto Martinez and Laurance A. Perkins, tragically lost their lives in an industrial accident at NaturPak in Janesville, Wisconsin. The incident, caused by over-pressurization, also injured three others. The cause of the accident is under investigation by local authorities and OSHA.
