Show Notes

On March 8, 1971, the Milwaukee Bucks achieved an unmatched feat, securing their twentieth consecutive win, a record that still stands. Led by NBA legends Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Oscar Robertson, the streak began on February 6 and placed the Bucks in the company of the 1947 Washington Bullets, the only other team to achieve this. The streak ended the next day, but the Bucks went on to win 66 games that season, securing their first NBA title. Fast forward to 2019, the Bucks nearly replicated this feat, winning 18 games in a row.
