Fatal Hit-and-Run: Sun Prairie Man Charged in Madison Death - A 61-year-old Madison man, Vincent T. Lipski, was tragically killed in a hit-and-run accident on the citys east side. The driver, 33-year-old Antwon Amos of Sun Prairie, has been charged with two felonies. Witnesses reported Lipski was not in a crosswalk, and Amos appeared panicked. Amos refused a sobriety test but had marijuana in his car. The case is headed to a preliminary hearing on March 31st.
