I know this is one of the biggest things thats holding you back from making progress because its the 1 thing thats held me back the most too.
I was, and still am tbh, a master procrastinator. I don't think that will ever change to be honest BUT I have learnt some major hacks to recognise it and nip it in the bud ASAP and I share them all with you in this episode.
