De Europese Rekenkamer kraakte eerder deze week de opzet en ook de uitvoering van het coronaherstelfonds. Macro-econoom Arnoud Boot sluit zich daarbij aan, en kijkt vooral naar uitspraken van toenmalig minister van Financiën en huidig Eurocommissaris Wopke Hoekstra (CDA) destijds.
